These Terms of Service govern your use of the Success Driven Media website and your engagement with our services. Success Driven Media is operated by Grisham Goldman Enterprises LLC (doing business as Success Driven Media). By using this site or engaging us to provide services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services
Success Driven Media provides marketing consulting, AI coaching, content production, social media management, email marketing, website development, and related services for small businesses. The specific scope, deliverables, and timeline for any engagement are set out in the proposal or service agreement for that engagement.
2. Engagements and Scope
All service engagements begin with a signed proposal or agreement. Work outside the agreed scope is not included and may be added by mutual agreement. Timelines depend on timely client feedback and approvals. Delays caused by late feedback may extend the project timeline.
3. Payment
Services are priced by package or session, not by the hour. Payment terms are set out in your service agreement. Work begins after payment is received or as otherwise stated in the agreement. Fees already paid for work that has begun are non-refundable.
4. Intellectual Property
Content, creative work, and deliverables produced for you become your property upon receipt of full payment. Success Driven Media retains the right to reference completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials unless you request otherwise in writing before the project begins.
5. Confidentiality
We treat information you share about your business as confidential and use it only to provide the agreed services. We ask the same in return for any strategies, systems, or proprietary methods we share with you during an engagement.
6. Results
Marketing outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including market conditions, audience behavior, platform algorithm changes, and economic factors. We do not guarantee specific results such as a particular number of leads, sales, followers, or revenue from any campaign or service. Our commitment is to apply our full expertise and effort to every engagement.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Grisham Goldman Enterprises LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services or your use of this site. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific service the claim relates to.
8. Use of This Website
This website is for informational purposes. You may not use it to submit false information, infringe on the rights of others, or interfere with its operation.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
10. Changes to These Terms
